Examples of The Natural Laws of Nutrition
Are you 27 years old? If that’s the case well then guess what?! Old age begins when you are 27 years old; so, you better be proactive on health and fitness.
Your cognitive functioning now officially starts to decline and your body has started it’s deterioration. For example digestive issues you never paid attention to before, can start to cause weight gain. Our bodily functions change along with environmental (cardian - day and night) rhythms, which in turn govern our brainwaves and our perceptions. Research (Max Planck Institute) shows that our brains, sound and our behaviours are coupled: “the rhythms in the environment, rhythms in the brain, as well as our behaviour are all coupled together and influence one another.”
Sadly your eye-sight or your hearing-ability may not be what it used to be and your being-able-to-drink-your-face-off-without-getting-tipsy-days are over - FINITO. Old age starts earlier than you would like to believe. Old age indeed begins when you are 27 years old. That is why I suggest you better start being proactive on health & fitness and: you start taking good care of yourself, right away!
Research into aging suggests that “some aspects of age-related cognitive decline begin in healthy, educated adults when they are in their 20’s and 30’s” (Timothy A. Salthouse, professor of Psychology, 2010, University Virginia). Professor Timothy Salthouse suggests that therapies who are especially designed to prevent aging of the brain need to start much earlier in order to stop cognitive decline. The report which was published in the academic journal Neurobiology Of Ageing found that “abilities based on accumulated knowledge, such as performance (on tests of vocabulary or general information) increased”.
